PoolHubs Odoo POS – Terms of Use

1. Scope. PoolHubs Odoo POS is a private integration developed by PoolHubs, LLC for its own use. It connects PoolHubs' Odoo point of sale with PoolHubs' own Clover account and devices. It is not offered to other merchants.

2. Authorized users. Only PoolHubs employees authorized in our Odoo system may use the integration.

3. Payments. Card payments are processed by Clover under PoolHubs' existing Clover merchant agreement. These terms do not change that agreement.

4. Availability. The integration depends on Clover and Odoo services. If it is unavailable, payments can be taken directly on the Clover device and recorded manually in Odoo.

5. Data. Information is handled as described in the PoolHubs Odoo POS Privacy Policy.

6. Changes. PoolHubs may update the integration and these terms at any time.
